This Privacy Policy explains how HiPrep ("HiPrep", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use hiprep.app and our exam-prep platform. We aim to follow applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and India's DPDP Act, where they apply.
Data we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, exam interest, country, messages and enquiry-form details.
Account and study data: your login, plan, progress, practice answers, scores, notes and study-plan settings.
Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical data: device, browser, pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers, as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
To provide and personalise the platform, including study plans and recommendations.
To respond to your enquiries and book demos or diagnostics.
To process payments, prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
To improve our content and product, using aggregated or de-identified analysis where possible.
To send service messages and, if you agree or the law allows, marketing messages. You can opt out at any time.

How enquiry forms work
When you submit an enquiry on our site, the details may be sent to us through a messaging app such as WhatsApp or by email. Only share what you are comfortable sending through those channels.

Service providers that help us run HiPrep, such as hosting, payments, messaging, analytics and email tools. They may use data only to provide services to us.

A buyer or successor if HiPrep is sold or merged, with notice to you.

How long we keep data
We keep data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data is kept for a limited time unless you become a customer.

California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
