These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hiprep.app and the HiPrep exam-prep platform ("HiPrep", "we", "us"), operated by HiPrep. By using the site or buying a plan you agree to them.
Who can use HiPrep
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Your account
Keep your login details private. An account is for one person only. Sharing, reselling or letting others use your access is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that show signs of sharing.
What you are buying
Plans give you access to online content, including the simulator, mock exams, lessons, books, notes, study plans and AI features, for the access period stated at purchase. Content is licensed to you, not sold.
Features, content and pricing may change. If we remove a major feature from a plan you have paid for, we will offer a fair remedy.
Licence and acceptable use
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation.
You must not copy, record, scrape, share, publish or resell our content, questions or explanations; reverse engineer the platform; or use bots or automated tools to extract content.
You must not use the platform to harass others, break the law or interfere with the service.
AI features
AI tutor and AI-generated explanations are study aids. They can be wrong or out of date. Always cross-check against your course materials and the official exam sources.
Exam results and guidance
We cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam. Results depend on many factors, including your effort, background and exam conditions.
Exam rules, fees and eligibility are set by the AICPA, state boards of accountancy, the IMA, the IRS and Prometric. Confirm them with those bodies. See our Disclaimer.
Payments and plans
Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes. Payment plans or EMI are subject to the terms of the payment provider. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
All content, design, software and trademarks on HiPrep belong to us or our licensors. CPA® is a registered mark of the AICPA and CMA® of the IMA. We are not affiliated with them.
Third-party links and services
We may link to third-party sites and use third-party tools for payments, messaging and analytics. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. You may stop using HiPrep at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property and liability, survive termination.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use HiPrep after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the HiPrep operating entity named in your order confirmation is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
